In our 81st edition, we set out to surround ourselves with the presence of Nature. Our theme Green, inspired us to explore a range of content that is both pertinent and contemporary, including the role of landscape architecture - which allowed us to get to know the atelier of João Bicho and Joana Carneiro - and the importance of the visionary work of Maximilian Jencquel and of Anna Heringer - anchored in vernacular architecture and based on the availability of locally-sourced resources, on integration and dialogue with the surroundings and, above all, on the people who give shape to these works.
It was in Sweden, in the untouched depths of its forests that we saw this commitment perfectly materialized; at Stedsans in the Woods, Humans and Nature live together in harmony, through a model firmly based on sustainable development, proving how it is indeed possible to make a difference.
